Cheryl and Lynsey’s spring wedding in Rhodes took place by the sea, with their ceremony held on the beach and a beautiful rustic reception filled with white and green details. The wedding planning team at Lythos brought together white roses, eucalyptus and soft pampas with wooden chairs, ceramic vases and wicker accents, while the long wooden tables were set with woven placemats, sage green napkins and natural napkin rings that suited the relaxed island setting perfectly. Their story began on Tinder, and after one year together Cheryl proposed beneath the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. They chose to get married on their four year anniversary, making their celebration in Rhodes even more meaningful! Everything was so beautiful, you must not miss it!

«We met on Tinder. We had been together for one year when Cheryl proposed under the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. We got married on our four-year anniversary.»

«My wedding dress was simple and slimline, with a long train, a plunging neckline and buttons all down the back and train. It had crystals and pearls along the plunging neckline, both back and front.»

«We put our trust in Maria at Lythos to arrange our flowers and decoration, and she did a spectacular job. My bouquet had white roses, eucalyptus and pampas. The venue decor was rustic, with green linen, wooden tables, candles and greenery on the table settings. It didn’t need much, as Lythos is already a beautiful venue.»

«The ceremony was on the beach under a simple pergola with linen and flowers draped over it. We had a lemonade stand offering iced teas, lemonade and water to our guests before and after the ceremony. We had wooden chairs, in keeping with the rustic theme. We had Panama hats for the gentlemen and beautiful wooden fans for the ladies. Our DJ, Loukas, played all the music for the ceremony and for our guests while they waited for our arrival. We had a saxophonist for the drinks reception after the ceremony, who played Jubel for our entrance. Loukas then took over again as DJ for the rest of the night. The food was delicious Greek cuisine, and our guests commented on how it was the best meal they had all holiday. We had a souvlaki live station, pork, chicken in mushroom sauce, as well as salads and potatoes. We had firework fountains for our cake cutting, followed by fireworks on the beach during our first dance. We partied until the wee small hours and it was the best day of our lives.»

«My advice to a bride planning her wedding is to marry in Rhodes and get in touch with Maria from Lythos. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she arranged the most beautiful wedding for us. Her service was flawless.»

My favorite moments from our wedding were marrying my best friend and the love of my life, as well as the venue. Lythos is an absolute dream.
