If you are dreaming of an elegant wedding with a luxury felling, you will absolutely love this beautiful wedding we are sharing today! The lovely couple got married in Andros island, where the bride used to spend her holidays, and they had a traditional, yet elegant wedding that was exactly what the bride was dreaming of! We really loved the lovely bridal bouquet with white peonies and the incredible decoration with white flowers and greenery, both at reception and ceremony areas! “We met through common friends in a bar and he proposed to me when we were on vacation in Bahamas in 2016. He made up a game on the beach, he hid the engagement ring in the sand and I had to find the ring following his rules! It was very cute, romantic and emotional”, the bride shared with us.
“My wedding dress was magical and princely. It was classic style, made all from a very rare lace and it was sewed up with crystals. I wore also a long veil with crystals as well”.
“The ceremony took place in Andros island. Because my parents come from Andros island and I remember myself spending my holidays there since I was very small, I have the best memories from this place and I always wanted to get married there. Furthermore, as long as we wanted our wedding to be traditional, Andros was the ideal place”.
“We just love white and gold and we believe that these colours give a sense of luxury, elegance and simplicity at the same time. I would say that the style of the wedding was not modern. On the contrary, it was traditional and the elements of the wedding were classic and a bit baroque”.
“We used the white and the gold colours everywhere and it was simple because the venue and the surrounding area were anywise impressive by themselves. Regarding the flowers, we paid attention mostly to the table decoration. We put beautiful, tall flowers with gold candles around them.”
“I would say that mostly I got inspired from Instagram regarding the social media influence. Other than that, I feel very happy to confess that this wedding was my dream that came true! It was my personal aspect of what a wedding should be like and I made it real!”
“I have lots of unforgettable moments…One of them was when my dad and my brother delivered me to my husband, then when Alexandros and I entered the venue and finally when we danced our slow dance with lots of fireworks following at the end!”
“I would advise a bride to get a wedding planner, to avoid greeting the tables with the guests, to not have stress and to enjoy every moment of her wedding! Time flies like crazy on that day!”
