Lambrini and Apostolis’ summer wedding in Athens is one of those beautiful celebrations that perfectly blends love, personal style and a dreamy boho chic aesthetic in soft, romantic shades of pink, peach, white, ivory and dusty rose! Their love story includes one of the most unforgettable marriage proposals, as after six years together, during an adventurous 20 day trip through Peru, Apostolis planned the ultimate surprise for Lambrini in a bungalow deep in the Amazon jungle. He filled their room with flowers, got down on one knee and asked her to become his wife. On their wedding day, the entrance of the church was beautifully decorated by EAP Events with two gorgeous floral columns creating a symmetrical frame around the steps. Metal bases and tall stands overflowing with roses, chrysanthemums, lisianthus, eucalyptus, phalaris and pampas grass brought a wonderfully romantic boho chic feel to the setting. Lambrini made her entrance wearing a stunning wedding dress by Eleni Kollarou, featuring a figure hugging mermaid silhouette that gently flared toward the hem, shimmering sequins and intricate embroidery, a deep illusion V neckline with delicate straps and a striking open back. «My wedding dress was made by Eleni Kollarou, whose atelier is in Kolonaki and we designed it together step by step. I wanted it to highlight my silhouette, so I chose a mermaid silhouette that transitions into an A line shape, while at the same time keeping it elegant and simple, because that is who I am», the bride shared with us. The wedding reception took place at the beautiful Meleagris Estate, while Club Service provided the catering, bringing refined flavors and impeccable hospitality to an evening that perfectly matched the joyful spirit of the celebration. The newlyweds embraced every moment of their wedding day with all their hearts and we cannot wait to share every beautiful detail with you!

«We met on the island of Chios, where I am from. He had come on vacation with his friends and after we returned from our holidays, six months later, he decided to message me so we could meet. We had been together for six years when we decided to take an adventurous trip to Peru, just the two of us and live a little like locals for 20 days. We traveled to different cities and one of our stops was the Amazon. We stayed in a bungalow literally in the middle of the jungle, which we had chosen so we could experience the wildlife and see the animals. One evening, after dinner, we were heading back to our room and I could see that Apostolis looked nervous. I opened the door to go inside. It was 9 at night and there is no light in the jungle, so I turned on my flashlight to see where I was stepping and suddenly I saw a room filled with flowers. He got down on one knee and, with a nervous voice, asked me to become his wife. I did not sleep that night….»

From the cut of the bodice to the flowers that were sewn on one by one, as well as all the small details, everything was designed to bring sparkle, elegance and a feminine aura.

«The flowers I chose were nude to dusty rose roses, dusty rose disbud chrysanthemums, pink limonium, white lisianthus, pampas grass and phalaris. I would describe the style as boho romantic chic and the details that made the church so beautiful were the garlands along the steps, since the ceremony took place outdoors. At the wedding reception, my favorite detail was the nude roses hanging from the olive trees at Meleagris Estate.»

«My advice to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to stay calm and be as relaxed as possible. The day goes by so quickly because you are filled with so much joy and if you do not enjoy it for yourself because you are worrying about little things that the guests will not even notice, it will be over before you have had the chance to truly enjoy it.»

«Our favorite moment from the wedding was our entrance. We came in dancing and Apostolis was holding two bottles of champagne. As soon as we stepped onto the dance floor, he opened them and everyone got up so we could dance and celebrate together.»
