In December 2022, during a magical Christmas getaway to Budapest, Jack proposed on Gellért Hill under the stars. The advice I would give to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to remember that is your day and at the heart of it all, it’s about love. It’s easy to get caught up in the details and the planning, but the most important thing is that you’re marrying your person, the one you can’t imagine life without. Take the time to cherish every moment, from getting ready in the morning and those quiet, calm moments of excitement, right up to the seconds before you walk down the aisle and finally see each other. Those are the memories that stay with you forever. Don’t put too much pressure on everything being perfect. The little things that may not go exactly to plan won’t matter when you’re surrounded by the people you love most. Trust your suppliers, don’t be afraid to ask for help or advice when you need it and allow yourself to be present in every moment. Most importantly, take a step back throughout the day and soak it all in. The day goes by so quickly and before you know it, you’ll be wishing you could relive it all over again.

«For the reception tables, we opted for a timeless style, with delicate floral arrangements displayed in beautiful vintage vases. The wedding ceremony was everything we had hoped for and more – intimate, emotional, and filled with so much love. Standing together, surrounded by all of our favourite people, made the moment feel incredibly special. Our favourite part of the ceremony was holding hands and looking into each other’s eyes as we spoke the beautiful words of the ceremony, fully embracing the meaning behind each one. In that moment, it felt as though time stood still and the rest of the world faded away. There were plenty of happy tears, not just from us but from our family and friends too, which made the moment even more meaningful. The wedding reception perfectly reflected the atmosphere we wanted to create: relaxed, joyful and full of laughter. As the sun shone and the drinks flowed, everyone settled into the celebration, sharing stories, making memories and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. There was such a wonderful sense of happiness and togetherness throughout the day. Looking around and seeing all of our loved ones smiling, laughing and celebrating with us was truly unforgettable. The weather was absolutely perfect, adding to the magical atmosphere and making it a day we will cherish forever.»
