Mariana and Thanasis chose to celebrate the most meaningful day of their lives at Ktima Laas, a breathtaking venue with endless views and an artistic ambiance that embraces every moment in the most unique way. Their autumn wedding, infused with a romantic chic style, unfolded through beautifully set tables beneath the trees, adorned with roses, ranunculus, chrysanthemums and eucalyptus in soft peach and white tones, while the bridal bouquet, featuring roses, lisianthus, delphinium and daisies in delicate shades of blue, pink, pale peach, and white, added an especially striking touch. Every detail was thoughtfully curated by Make my Dream Events, bringing the entire vision to life so effortlessly. Mariana, who found her inspiration on Love4Weddings before beginning her wedding planning journey, created a celebration full of personality, where even her mother’s hand-embroidered cloth became the starting point for the color palette. «The color palette of our wedding was chosen to match a very special, hand-embroidered cloth, almost like a long table runner, made by my mother. She embroidered it while she was pregnant with me and always intended for me to use it on my wedding day. I am of Ukrainian origin and according to our tradition, the couple gets married with this cloth. It was something very important for me to have it in my wedding…», the bride shared with us. The dinner that followed, curated by Dipnosofistirion Catering, impressed everyone with its exceptional quality and flavors. The couple looked effortlessly stylish, with the groom choosing a timeless black tuxedo with satin lapels from Sur Mesure. From a romantic proposal in Kefalonia to this unforgettable celebration of love at Ktima Laas, every detail told its own beautiful story, filled with emotion and cherished moments.

«We met in 2013, just before Christmas. We were both on holiday in Thessaloniki, and that’s where we met. To our surprise, we realized not only that we both lived in Athens, but also that our homes were just five minutes apart. A week later, we went on our first date, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Thanasis proposed to me in Kefalonia, where we had gone for summer holidays with a couple of friends. It was incredible, because I never expected him to propose while we were with others, but our friends were in on it. We went out for dinner at a lovely restaurant, and after dessert, our friends went for a «walk» so we could be alone. That’s how we even have video and photos from the proposal. It was magical! The restaurant opened a bottle of champagne for us, we danced, and then we celebrated together with our friends.»

I used to visit the greek site of Love4Weddings, mostly for wedding inspirations and searching for vendors. Love4Weddings helped me compare options, understand what I was looking for and find my vendors.

«It’s very hard to choose just one favorite moment. But the moment that truly stands out is when I saw Thanasis waiting for me at the entrance of the church, holding my bridal bouquet. It was so emotional, it felt like time stood still. It was also so beautiful to see all our loved ones, family and friends, behind him, watching us and sharing that magical moment with us.»

«My advice to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to truly enjoy the process. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done, all the lists, the decisions, and the endless details. But this is such a magical time, a once in a lifetime experience you won’t have many chances to live again. Make space for joy, for emotion, and for the journey itself, because not only the wedding day, but everything leading up to it deserves to be remembered.»

«My wedding dress was magical, even better than I had ever dreamed of. I had visited many ateliers, both in Athens and abroad. But the moment I tried on my dress for the first time, I fell in love with it. Maria Konidi made my dream come true and created a gown that was truly unique and made just for me. I felt so beautiful.»
