«We first met at school and we have been together since our last year of high school. After many years together we decided to make our relationship official, and the proposal happened unexpectedly during a trip we took to Italy, more specifically on a boat at Lake Como. It was a magical moment in the middle of the lake with an incredible view. The proposal was so thoughtfully planned that I truly did not suspect a thing, even though I know Giannis very well.»
«The decoration of our wedding was based on an idea we first discussed with our event planner and florist, inspired by the forest. From our very first meetings I explained to Harris that I wanted the ballroom to feel like a fairytale, like a magical forest. In the end that feeling and magic truly reached every single guest. The wedding decor stood out with large trees decorating the ballroom, flowers in white shades such as roses and hydrangeas combined with greenery and moss that completed the feeling of a forest. My bridal bouquet was a bouquet of hydrangeas. The wedding decor and the arrangements, together with every detail, the warm lights and the soft lighting we chose with glass vases filled with candles on the tables, and the LED screens around the ballroom playing videos of dreamy forest landscapes, made our guests feel as if they had stepped into our own fairytale.»
