Marco and Deborah’s summer wedding in Kalamata took place in one of southern Greece’s most beautiful coastal cities, with the Messinian Gulf setting the prettiest backdrop for a celebration that felt entirely their own. We are just loving this colorful wedding with pretty florals and once you see more details, you can’t certainly not blame us. Designed and planned by Marriage in Style, their day was filled with pink, white and lilac details at every turn, starting with two vertical, impressive floral arrangements at the exterior of the church where roses, peonies, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangeas and eucalyptus greeted everyone in the sweetest shades. The same soft palette carried through to Deborah’s bouquet, made with roses, peonies and lisianthus, before moving into the reception where pastel lilac, pink and white tones dressed the tables beautifully. Large floral arrangements with roses, peonies, lisianthus and hydrangeas took center stage, while white candles and lilac fabric runners spread across the tables gave the whole dinner setting such a romantic, considered feel. Their wedding decoration was truly a dream and came together beautifully, and a huge part of that was thanks to the bride’s mother that made the entire process feel special and meaningful as the bride mentioned to us. «It’s so hard to choose just one moment, but walking down the aisle and seeing my husband waiting for me was truly unforgettable. Everything else fated away and it felt like it was just the two of us in that moment», the bride shared with us, and honestly, that feeling is written into every detail of the day. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, your heart might skip a beat in a few. Enjoy!

«We met in high school and were friends throughout our high school years. We lost touch after high school, and didn’t see each other again until I moved from NYC to Montreal. I bumped into Marco during a happy hour and a few months later, we started dating!»

«It’s so hard to choose just one moment, but walking down the aisle and seeing my husband waiting for me was truly unforgettable. Everything else fated away and it felt like it was just the two of us in that moment. Another highlight was looking around during the reception and seeing all of our favorite people in one place, celebrating with us. It was such a surreal and emotional feeling.»

The advice I would give to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to focus on what truly matters to you and don’t get caught up in trying to please everyone. The day goes by so quickly, so be present and soak in every moment. Also, trust your vendors and the people helping you, they’re there for a reason. And most importantly, enjoy the process. It can feel overhelming at times, but it’s such a special chapter.

«My wedding dress felt like a perfect reflection of my style: elegant, timeless and effortlessly feminine. I was drawn to something that felt classic but still special, with beautiful details that elevated the entire look. I purchased it from Vezina in Montreal!»

«Our wedding decoration was truly a dream and came together so beautifully. A huge part of that is thanks to my mom, who has an incredible eye for design. She was so supportive and helped guide many of the decoration decisions, which made the entire process feel special and meaningful.»

«Our flowers were by Noufaro in Kalamata and we absolutely loved how everything came together. We chose a mix of purple and pink tones, creating a vibrant, colorful look that felt both elegant and joyful. From the bridal bouquet to the ceremony and reception details, every element felt cohesive and thoughtfully designed. It was everything we had envisioned and more.»
