Filled with romantic and rustic details, Jemma and Charlie’s summer wedding in Paphos was a heartfelt celebration set in the charming surroundings of Liopetro Wedding Venue. Friends and family gathered in the open air to witness the couple’s special day, with the ceremony framed by two tall asymmetrical vertical structures covered with roses, hydrangeas, peonies and eucalyptus in soft white tones, creating a lovely focal point against the natural landscape. The Liopetro Wedding Venue stands out for its authentic Cypriot architecture and romantic atmosphere, where the natural landscape and the refined character of the venue create a truly unique wedding setting, enhanced by bespoke experiences and an intimate connection to the timeless beauty of the Cypriot countryside. As the bride shared with us, «Liopetro Wedding Venue is a stunning venue which doesn’t need much decor, with beautiful scenery and brick buildings». Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed an outdoor reception where long wooden tables were beautifully styled with floral arrangements of white roses, hydrangeas and peonies mixed with eucalyptus, while the catering by Hungry Monkey added to the warm and joyful atmosphere of the evening. Every detail came together perfectly for a day full of love and unforgettable moments and this beautiful celebration in Paphos is sure to inspire you.

«We met in secondary school, we had a mutual best friend Jack, who went to my school and was Charlie’s best friend from nursery. After 9 years of knowing eachother, during COVID 19 lockdown in June 2020, Charlie plucked up the courage to ask me on a date, of course I said yes. The rest is history. Charlie proposed to me on our joint 30th birthday party, after all of our family and friends sang us happy birthday, he had a thank you speech written to all those who came to celebrate with us, which ended up in a proposal.»

«We chose Boutique Florale for our decor provider. Liopetro Wedding Venue is a stunning venue which doesn’t need much decor, with beautiful scenery and brick buildings. Bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets was all white, including roses, hydrangeas, delphinium, baby’s breath , calla lilies. They made button holes out of these too. For the bridal ceremony we have asymmetrical arch which incorporated the same flowers as the bouquet. We had floor runner in the aisle, both sides with the same flowers in the bouquet. All decorations were moved to the reception area after. I asked all guests to come in vibrant colors, my bridesmaids wore ice blue/lilac dresses so I wanted the decor to flatter all outfits. My favorite decor was the asymmetrical arch, it looked different but beautiful, my favorite photos from the day ate infront of the arch.»

«The advice I would give to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to enjoy every moment. It is the best day of your life, even though it will pass quickly. Don’t stress about what’s coming next; stay present and savor now.»

«My wedding dress was from the designer, Madi Lane- Greer – Serene. Floral jacquard wedding dress with structured bodice and circle skirt. Wit matching buttons on the back of the corset. It was some what light weight for the weather, but beautiful and flowy. I felt like a princess. My veil was Richard designs, with scattered diamonte and pearls to compliment the busy dress.»

My favorite moment from my wedding was when we had our first dance to In Case You Didn’t Know by Brett Young, then Charlie picked me up at the point of the belter of the song, and spun me around, the floor fireworks went off at the same time, and the crowd went wild, along with tears!
