Residence can hold a range of events from smaller-scale functions such as corporate events, christenings, and gatherings to larger-scale events such as seminars & presentations, wedding receptions & dinners, as well as larger functions such as club nights or party events. It has the capacity to hold a seated event of 400 persons or transform into 2 smaller venues of 200 persons each. Final capacity is in regards to the final set up & decor details.
