Biolea Astrikas Estate

Biolea Astrikas Estate is a family owned company based in Chania Crete specializing in the artisanal production of organic olive oil with modernized millstones & presses. For over six generations the Dimitriadis family has been cultivating Koroneiki olive trees in the village of Astrikas. The estate, which is built in the Venetian architectural style, is located on a beautiful hill with a dramatic backdrop of ancient mount Rokka. Our restaurant, run by chef Michalis Papadakis is aimed at sustainable modern experimental Cretan cuisine based on gastronomic experiences with extra virgin olive oil produced at the estate. Biolea Astrikas Estate recently received an a star from the FNL Best Restaurant Awards 2026. Our goal is to create unique experiences and lasting memories with authentic flavors and quality services while at the same remaining environmentally accountable.
