Set along the shoreline of Rhodes during the height of summer, Richie and Lucy’s celebration unfolded at Lythos, a beautiful seaside venue known for its Cycladic character, refined design and idyllic atmosphere that blends effortlessly with the surrounding landscape. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for a day shaped by rustic, natural charm, with soft olive greens, flowing fabrics, warm wooden elements and generous arrangements of roses, carnations, and daisies woven throughout the space. The ceremony area stood out with its wooden arch dressed in lush greenery and florals, placed directly on the sand and framed by the deep blue sea, while wooden chairs and subtle fabric details completed the scene. “One of my favorite details was how the wedding ceremony space looked, the combination of greenery and wooden accents made it feel so romantic and intimate. At the reception, I loved how the flowers and foliage draped across the tables, creating a cozy, enchanting atmosphere that truly felt like ‘us’,” the bride shared with us, a sentiment reflected clearly in every detail. At the wedding reception, round tables dressed in crisp linens were styled with low floral centerpieces, eucalyptus foliage, natural textures and wooden accents, creating a relaxed yet thoughtfully curated look that invited guests to linger. From the ceremony by the sea to the reception tucked within the venue’s whitewashed architecture and greenery, this Rhodes destination wedding at Lythos captured a sense of ease and intention, offering a beautiful reminder of how meaningful design and location can come together to tell a couple’s story in the most genuine way!

«We actually met on Bumble, a modern love story, I suppose! From the very beginning, there was just something about our conversations that felt so natural, like we had known each other forever. What started with a simple swipe turned into endless laughter, late-night talks and a love that kept growing stronger. He proposed me while we were on holiday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Away from the noise of everyday life, just the two of us, he asked me to spend forever with him. It was such a magical moment, filled with love, surprise and happy tears, one I’ll never forget.»

«Our wedding decorations had a rustic, natural charm exactly what we envisioned. We chose soft olive greens paired with flowing fabrics, warm woods and an abundance of flowers and foliage to create a setting that felt both elegant and relaxed. My bridal bouquet was filled with delicate blooms surrounded by lush greenery, which tied in beautifully with the overall theme. «I was lucky enough to have two wedding dresses for the big day. For the ceremony, I chose a romantic gown that felt timeless and elegant — it was everything I’d ever dreamed of walking down the aisle in. Later, I changed into a shorter, lighter dress that allowed me to dance, celebrate and really enjoy the evening with all our guests. It was the perfect balance between feeling like a bride and being free to have fun!»

«Our favorite moment was having all our loved ones together, celebrating with us. There was something so special about looking around and seeing everyone, family and friends from different parts of our lives gathered in one place, sharing in our joy. That feeling of love and togetherness made the day truly unforgettable.»

My biggest piece of advice would be not to stress over the little details. Everything will come together beautifully and what truly matters is the love you’re celebrating. Take the time to soak it all in and enjoy every moment with your new husband. The day goes by so quickly and those memories of joy and togetherness are what you’ll treasure forever.
