«We are Canadians, but we always envisioned a European wedding. Overlooking the sea with our closest people by our sides. The entire theme of the wedding was laid back luxury. We wanted to indulge in the natural beauty of Greece, with elevated luxury in service and experience. We had our wedding at Odera, an Autograph Collection hotel in Tinos, Greece. Every last detail was perfection. We were surrounded by our immediate families, and our guests all wore shades of blue to compliment the natural beauty of the Sea in the background. It was our intention to experience un-rushed, experiential presence, and that is exactly what came true. It was the most love filled, calm, beautiful and special day. It was a dream come true and we will cherish this day for the rest of our lives.»
Without exaggeration, every moment is my favourite from getting ready, to walking down the aisle, to standing hand in hand, to exchanging vows, to having post ceremony cocktails with our family to photos. Dinner, speeches and beyond was absolute bliss. Because we chose to be married in Greece, the calm and rugged nature allowed for an uninterrupted and authentic experience.

«My wedding dress was Canadian made, which was important to me as a Canadian. It was designer and absolutely gorgeous. My dress was the ultimate embodiment of elegance, with a hint of Greek Goddess energy. It had this gorgeous slit which allowed my beautiful legs to shine, it also allowed my “something blue” colour pop of heels to be showcased. I made a choice to wear minimal makeup, and have my hair super simple so that I felt natural, and like me. The dress was show stopping, and perfectly aligned for our venue.»
