“We met at work many years ago. We found out that we had many common interests and this brought us together. The wedding proposal took place in London, after a theatrical show. It was a surprise for me, because I had not realized that he was planning it for a long time. We got married at Saint Nicholas church in Tinos”, the bride shared with us.
“Our wedding was an elegant chic marble wedding. The theme and color palette were inspired by the white and green marble of Tinos and we chose white, pink and purple flowers with red details”.
“My favorite moments from our wedding day were when I arrived at church and I saw all my favorite people together waiting for me, my husband holding my hand during the ceremony and when we danced all together”.
“My bridal bouquet had 3 different types of rores, hermosa, white o hara, ocean song, in white, pink and purple colors”.
“Some details from decoration we really liked were the grey amphoras, the roses, the silver art de la table details, the unique handmade boat favor made from white marble from Tinos and the candy bar with traditional sweets of Tinos. I really liked the personalized bracelets with the wedding hashtag and the gifts at the next day beach party, which were straw hats, flip flops and authentic peshtemal”.
“We did not have a lot of time to prepare our wedding, but we wanted to offer a great experience to our guests. We worked with established professionals in order to avoid unpleasant surprises. I found ideas on Pinterest, Instagram and site/blogs from wedding planners and florists and of course from our vendors”.
“My advice to a bride-to be is to live her day”.
