Mr. Evangelos Giannouklidis, a graduate of the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne, has been successfully active in the catering and event planning industry since 1981. He has also held managerial positions at leading international hotels such as the Hilton Group and Marriott Hotels in Europe and the Middle East, as well as at 5-star hotels in Athens, including the Hotel Pentelikon in Kifisia.

In 2004, he founded G-Touch Catering Specialists, providing catering services for numerous social and corporate events and receptions. Over the years, the company has successfully organized and catered some of the most prestigious receptions and events in Greece, such as:

* The wedding reception of Ethel Kennedy
* The official reception in honor of Arnold Schwarzenegger
* The formal dinner in honor of Mikhail Gorbachev
* The official dinner for Mary Kay Cosmetics for 2,000 guests at the Athens Olympic Velodrome
* Numerous receptions at the U.S. Ambassador’s residence for America’s Independence Day celebrations, hosting around 1,500 guests
* The daily preparation of official meals during the Greek Presidency of the European Union at the Zappeion Megaron in 2014, over a six-month period
* Official state dinners honoring distinguished world leaders during the government of Prime Minister Kostas Simitis (1996–2004)
