“The idea of a pop stationery inspired by the Hellenistic figures was buzzing through my head for a few days when I met a new couple of spouses: they wanted a set of invitations based on the theme “Greek antiquity”, with references to classic deities and a clean and minimalist style. The coincidence was so amazing that I immediately informed Miriam, finding together such an amount of ideas and suggestions to be sure about it: we had to make it a styled shoot”.
“Wedding stationery was our starting point: made of opaline paper, in a delicate dusty blue tonality, it combines ancient and modern with the contrast of the fonts and the essential pamphlet”.
“The table setting managed by wedding planner Coquette Atelier was a symphony of sculptures, candlesticks, vintage pieces and golden elements, enriched by the great compositions of white butterflies, olive branches and grape bunches set by Tiziana Bongiorni. A special mention goes to the golden fruits, a low cost but very scenic DIY element”.
“The American cake made by Passion Cupcake recalled the dusty blue of our palette and the bridal golden headpieces, inspired by bay leaves.”
“We had in mind a contemporary and regal bride, fresh and ethereal; so we asked Maura from Il Sogno Atelier to dress our goddess, and Rosanna Curci Make Up to manage her styling. The result was a slippery and impalpable two-piece dress, with a pleated skirt and a top embellished with lace embroidery. The hairstyle, typically Greek, has been enriched by the headpieces made by Señorina- Couture bridal headpieces, which together with the jewelry of My Golden Age, gave to the bride outfit the ultimate touch”.
